REPORTS

5.1

OPS 2019-23 Wingham Standpipe Options

• THAT the Council of the Township of North Huron hereby receive the report of the Director of Public Works, dated June 17, 2019 regarding the replacement of the Wingham Standpipe for information;

  AND FURTHER THAT, staff be authorized to proceed with the development of a detailed workplan and the investigation of funding options for the construction of a replacement standpipe on the existing site through the Master Servicing Plan project.

OPS 2019-26 Cross Border Servicing Agreement

• THAT the Council of the Township of North Huron hereby receive the report of the Director of Public Works, dated July 5, 2019 regarding the Cross-Border Servicing Agreement between the Township of North Huron and the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry for information;

  AND FURTHER, THAT Council receive a report in closed session regarding the Cross Border Servicing Agreement with Morris-Turnberry.

CLOSED SESSION AND REPORTING OUT

• THAT the Council of the Township of North Huron hereby proceeds at ... pm. to an In-Camera Session (Closed to the Public) to discuss the following:

  • Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of this municipality or local board (Cross Border Agreements)

7.

CONFIRMATION BY-LAW

• THAT By-law No. 71-2019; being a by-law to confirm the July 5, 2019 actions of the Council of the Township of North Huron; be introduced, read a first, second, third and final time, signed by the Reeve and Clerk and be engrossed in the By-law book.

ADJOURNMENT
